About Parkour
                      Parkour
Parkour originated in a little French town called Lisses. It was created by Sabastien Foucan and David Belle; "born out of the childhood games of them and their friends". What started as a game quickly grew and today it is more of a philosophy. It is the idea that a person can go from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible using only the human body.
                  Freerunning
Freerunning was created by Foucan and though it and parkour may seem to be the same, they have some important differences. While parkour stresses efficiency, freerunning may involve aesthetic movements, such as flips, as well.

That my brief overview of parkour and freerunning (ill be adding to it later).
